Do you see that guy to the right? He may not look lonely. But, he will be a "loneliman" on June 17, 2017. He will genuinely be lonely for 39.3 miles.
Jeff Patterson is a triathlete. A triathlete participates in a Triathlon.
A triathlon is a multiple-stage competition involving the completion of three continuous and sequential endurance disciplines. While many variations of the sport exist, triathlon, in its most popular form, involves swimming, cycling, and running in immediate succession over various distances.
Jeff is going to be the solo participant in a Triathlon for the benefit of Next Generation Ministries. As the only triathlete he will be truly lonely as he swims for 1 mile, rides this bike for 32.1 miles, and concludes with a 6.2 mile run to celebrate his birthday ... his 39th!
Jeff is a husband, father, pastor, blogger, an endurance athlete. He believes in the work of Next Generation Ministris. He purposed to demonstrate that belief by turning his next birthday into a fundraising effort for the benefit of NGM.
